Delete your Fixzo account

Account deletion is completed inside the Fixzo mobile app. Below are the steps and what happens next. This page meets Google Play and App Store requirements for a public deletion policy.

Steps in the app

  1. Open the Fixzo app and sign in.
  2. Open Profile from the main navigation.
  3. Tap Request Account Deletion and confirm when prompted.
  4. Your session will end. Processing follows our privacy policy.
If you have already submitted a request, you cannot use the same account in the app until that request is resolved.
